Matcha tea

Originating from Japanese culture, matcha tea is a finely ground version of traditional green tea. It is mixed with water using various techniques and then consumed.

preparation

Boil the water thoroughly and let it cool to 80-85 °C.
Put one teaspoon of matcha tea into a cup.
Stir the tea gently with a whisk for a few minutes until no lumps remain. Add honey, sugar, or cinnamon if desired.
