Mobile area (areas without courier service): Our shipping partner, Sürat Kargo, can generally deliver products to all regions of Turkey. If there is no Sürat Kargo agent in your city, you can reach us via the contact section.
Shipping the order:
When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive shipping information to the email address registered in our system.
Receipt of order:
If your order is being delivered to your address by a domestic courier, please inspect the package before signing for it and ensure there are no dents or damages. If any damage is found, you must complete a damage report with the courier.
With this report, along with the invoices and a note describing the problem, you must return the product(s) to us along with the damage report. Once we receive the products, we will ship you the new ones as soon as possible. 0(462) 746 1458
Return:
The product can only be returned if it is defective or has passed its expiration date, and you can contact us by phone.
