Bergamot Aromalı Çay Nedir ?

Black tea with bergamot aroma

In Turkey, tea grows only in the Eastern Black Sea region. Tea gardens are harvested about four times a year. Harvesting begins in May and continues at regular intervals until September. Tea that spends the winter under snow returns to nature after about eight months with renewed and rejuvenated energy. The first harvest of the year is harvested in May, when the tea is still young and tender. One of the most important factors that determines tea quality is harvesting. It is important that the tea leaves are transported from the tea gardens to the factories as quickly as possible without delay to maintain their freshness and ensure fresh production. Otherwise, the tea leaves may be damaged by sunlight. Before packaging, our May tea is transferred to cylindrical steam kettles and blended with a light bergamot aroma. Unlike products on the market that contain sharp bergamot flavors, Tea1986 Bergamot Aromalı Siyah Çay contains only a very light bergamot aroma and does not require blending with other teas to further soften the flavor.

For the preparation of good tea

A porcelain teapot and lime-free water should be used.

After enough tea has been added to the dry teapot, let the pot steep in the steam.

When adding hot water to the tea kettle, add the water at one point and pour it in such a way that the tea gets as little wet as possible.

To achieve a good infusion (do not boil the tea), wait until the tea sinks to the bottom in the steam from the boiling water.
